It has round tipped blades reversible from rosewood to medium oak, and the light kit is removable. It’s actually a SMC Classic Ceiling Fan model HL52, rebadged by Home Depot as Hampton Bay. This fan is located at a rental house that’s getting renovated and restored, and it is located in the dinning room. It is close mounted but it can also be installed on a downrod. 3 speeds and it electrically reversible and it blows an ok amount of air, and it is under powered.
