1.9 TDI Turbo deisel engine (2003-2007)
Oil: approx 6 Ltr, any quality SAE 5W 30, Acea a5/b5, Ford wss-m2c913-B
Metal support bar 4 15mm
plastic cover screws 8 T30
Torque settings (guide only, taken from manufacturer source)
Sump plug, 13mm 25NM and nip up tight
Oil Filter housing cap, 36mm 25NM and nip up tight
Air filter housing, philips screw evenly torqued down tight
